Eve Lom TLC cream

Posted in skincare with tags , , , , on May 31, 2008 by LPB

Ideal for any skin that needs extra help, this cream will calm, soothe redness and help reduce the appearance of wrinkles. This rich and nourishing cream can be used over the face, eyes and neck and is ideal for visible creases around the eyes and upper lip.

I love this versatile cream; it has a very distinct, elegant aroma. However, this is definitely an occlusive, heavy weight cream that will leave a grease mark on your skin & pillow; great for dry, atrophic, scaly skin only!

Ingredients:

aqua (water), paraffinum liquidum (mineral oil), cera alba (beeswax), cera microcristallina (microcrystalline wax), sorbitan sesquioleate, decyl oleate, isostearyl neopentanoate, sodium acrylates copolymer, ppg-1 trideceth 6, glycerin, calendula officinalis (calendula oil), arnica montana (arnica oil), brassica oleifera, magnesium sulfate, aluminum stearate, isopropyl myristate, disodium edta, methyl glucose sesquistearate , euphrasia officinalis, (eyebright extract), rosa damascena (rose oil), bht, alcohol denat., phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, butylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, isobutylparaben

Eve Lom rescue mask

Posted in skincare with tags , on May 31, 2008 by LPB

Perfect for use as a regular weekly deep cleanse or as an emergency mask when your skin needs extra attention. Helps to reduce blotchy skin and minimises irritated and erupted conditions whilst enhancing the cleansing process and exfoliation.

Cooling camphor soothes and decongests, and almond extract reduces redness. Kaolin absorbs excess oil, reduces puffiness and evens out skin tone, while ground almonds gently exfoliate to leave a smoother surface.

Honey and glycerine hydrate and condition the skin, leaving it soft and supple. Alternatively use the Rescue Mask as an instant pick-me-up for puffy, morning-after eyes: simply dilute and apply under the eye.

I absolutely adore this deep cleaning, detoxifying mask. It’s great for product junkies; it’s the best i have ever had ( so far )

Ingredients list

kaolin, aqua (water), glycerin, alcohol denat., mel (honey), prunus amygdalus dulcis (almond meal and extract), camphor, magnesium aluminum silicate, sodium chloride, allantoin, aluminum chlorohydrate, propylene glycol, magnesium chloride, methylparaben, phenoxyethanol, butylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, isobutylparaben, calcium chloride.

Eve Lom day cream

A moisturising cocktail of cocoa butter, glycerine, hydrogenated castor oil and sesame and avocado oils softens and conditions the skin, helping it to retain its natural moisture content. Yarrow oil works its astringent magic, controlling excess oil.

Formulated for normal to dry or combination skin types, this light, enriching treatment cream gives extra moisturisation to needy areas of the face and neck, leaving skin supple and smooth with a perfect matte finish.

Use under make-up as a light base, or over to revive tired skin.

I like the astringent smell of this aromatic cream, its texture is somewhat waxy; believe it or not, it does provide a matte base for make up application. It is hydrating enough for me and has never caused any eruptions.

Lancaster all year sun

Sculpt and shade your ideal natural-looking glow with this 5-in-1 Carrousel Compact Powder. Mix one, two ore more of five shades whatever the season for a great complexion all year round. Sweep on with a soft brush using lighter shades for a fresh, natural glow, darker ones for a more intense sunny glow. Apply with a brush all over the face, or simply highlight forehead, cheeks, nose and chin. Use alone or over foundation.

The shades are so subtle yet manage to illuminate your complexion with the right amount of bronze & shimmers. I even use the darker shades on my eyelid. The best thing is you can’t never be too heavy handed with this lovely complexion enchancer. It comes in a huge compact & weight 25g net.
