Lipstick Queen – Sinners

Take a walk on the wild side – indulge yourself with these highly pigmented, intensly opaque lipsticks. 90% pigment, no shimmer or frosting. It is positively naughty to get lipstick this opaque, rich and creamy with a matte yet silky finish – Poppy King

Well, King’s lipsticks are the queens of all lipstick, I am head over heels on the sinners. These gorgeously opaque, ultimately matte shades instantly dress up my lips and make me feel like a millionaires.

Smooth application, without overwhelming fragrance, elegant packaging……

Possibly the best lipstick ever made.

I am a sinner in natural & nude.

EL sumptuous mascara (update)

I had used this mascara for about 2 weeks and now the so-called advance mousse like formulation for smooth, clump free application seems to be reverting to an ordinary, clump prone mess – leaving my lashes dry & brittle.

My EL double wear mascara gives me a far more superior finish than this, even it’s 3 months old.

MAC Ungaro collection

I like the clean, innocent, fresh flush look when i use flower mist dew beauty powder as a blusher; it’s an unbelievably natural pale pink that perks up my complexion.

I am rather disappointed by  the fresh morning (muted pastel pink) cream colour base – it’s rather greasy, slides, creases and gathers in pores/line; even comes with a warning not to be used around your eyes! I think this is only good for “pale” out my lips when i want a nude, toned down beige look.

Eyebrow grooming

As my 3 weeks holiday is coming to an end, it’s about time i am gathering my thoughts and start blogging again ( if i could get over my jet lag ).

It has been a wonderful 3 weeks, lots of catching up with friends, plenty of purchases & heaps of opportunities & fun.

I had just tried eyebrow threading where a skilled eyebrow stylish  will use a thread to remove unwanted hair from anywhere on your face! I have to say that this technique is amazing & i am addicted; It removes every single strand of hair with the swift movement of the threads. The whole procedure takes less than 15 minutes, leaving behind  groomed  brows ( be warned that the threaded area will appears reddened after the treatment )

I had my brows styled at London Selfridges and they have a promotion where 5 treatments earn you a free treatment ( I could move to london simply for this fabulous & effortless eyebrow styling )
